Daisy and her team did an incredible job for my wedding. We had 150+ people for a backyard wedding at our home. We hired 2 servers and 2 bartenders.
We opted to do photos before the ceremony which means we were not there when they showed up... Daisy and the team were so professional and together though, they did not need anything at all from us.
We had the wine, liquor, beer, waters, and ice delivered the night before and the catered dinners and desserts were delivered the day of. All of the cocktail hour snacks were put together and organized by Daisy and Felipe, the second server.
By the time we made it back to the house EVERYTHING was ready to go and it all looked AMAZING. Truly beautiful presentations at every course. They are wonderful at what they do. I didn't think twice about food and drinks all night because they just consistently had everything handled.
I would also highly recommend the all-inclusive bar package add-on, where we just had to buy the alcohol and they brought all the cups, straws, napkins, juices, soda, and garnishes. The package included two very nice looking wooden bars that went perfectly with our decor.
My guests loved that there were two bars to keep up with the volume and the two bartenders, Tim and Emmanuel were fantastic!
I can't say enough good things about this company. I definitely forgot to be prepared for a few things, like putting together the wedding cake, and Daisy and Felipe just smoothed things over without batting an eye. They all effortlessly managed and anticipated every detail throughout the entire event with a smile.
What a wonderful company and what a great group of people they brought with them to make my wedding unforgettable. I hope I get a chance to hire them again in the future. Thank you Daisy!!

Daisy was nothing short of fantastic.
My husband and I did somewhat of a DIY wedding with catering and drinks and it wouldn’t have been possible without Daisy.
She never flustered, and had our food / drinks (buffet style) continually ready through our entire dinner service. Same with coffee, dessert, and cake cutting — the whole thing went so seamlessly it felt like we had a full scale wedding planner / coordinator.
Her personality is wonderful too. She is perfectly down to earth and provides white glove service at the same time. Just a total professional and cool person. It was so much fun having her at our wedding and her skills were invaluable. 11/10.

When I was left in a massive bind at the last minute, she completely stepped up to save our gathering. With almost no notice, she jumped right into action, went straight to the market to get ingredients, and showed up exactly on time. She was incredibly reliable, professional, and calm under pressure. While the food itself was straightforward, her dedication and willingness to rescue our event at the eleventh hour was unmatched. We are so grateful she was there to pull it all together for us!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Daisy and her team! From start to finish, they were professional, warm, attentive, and absolutely essential to the smooth flow of our wedding day.
Daisy, as the lead and owner, was incredible to work with - organized, calm, and so kind. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled, from refilling drinks and clearing plates to jumping in wherever help was needed (even when it wasn’t in their original scope!). They were cheerful, hard-working, and blended right in with the event in the best possible way.
Several guests even commented on how great the staff was, which tells you everything. I genuinely don’t know what I would’ve done without them. If you’re considering hiring eventwaitstaff—DO IT, and book Daisy’s team. They were a dream!

I would give Daisy and her staff all the stars in the sky if I could! Our wedding reception was on a family farm with el fresco dining for approximately 150 guests. While we were in the church, Felipe and his staff, Christina, Andrea and Christopher set up an amazing cocktail hour and then assited with parking our guests. They poured water, poured champagne, cleared dishes, washed the dishes, prepared the cake for cutting...I cannot list everything they did, but it was a lot!!! They went above and beyond all evening and it did not go unnoticed; our guests are still commenting. Bartenders Emmanuel & Tim were top notch. We apprecciate the professionalism, attention to detail and overall kindness from Daisy and her staff. Thank you for making it a perfect day for us. ~Henry & Dawn

my rates are charged by the hour.
When a staff member has to travel a long distance (over 40 miles or more than 1 hour) it's required to be a 5hr minimum event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss your event and determine how much help you will need to make a successful event.. Every event is different and there are many reasons that will determine how much and what type of service you will need
