Great customer service and explanation of what was wrong. Received price for repair ahead of time so we could decide if it was worth fixing or replacing the unit. So courteous and knowledgeable, and explained what was needed. Have used them repeatedly!

It was difficult finding a local repair service for my brand refrigerator. Make Appliance Repair replied promptly and a tech named Max showed up on time as scheduled. Fantastic experience! I can’t say enough about his honest assessment and transparent explanation of diagnosis and potential cost. In the end, he repaired for less than half of what I expected and charged only for the bad part since two were replaced and suspected bad. Outstanding thank you!
