This was my first season using JC Cleaning and my experience could not have been better. Their work is excellent. But more importantly they went above and beyond to help me care for my property. I’m a distant landlord and they helped me feel that my house was not only clean, but cared for.

The house is terrible shape and I warned them of that and would have 100% understood if they said no. They came out for a consultation/walkthrough and still agreed to do it. This started on a Wednesday and they came for the walkthrough on Thursday. Later in the afternoon on Friday they agree and say they'll be there Saturday Morning. They show up late and then an hour into cleaning they leave because one of the workers is having a reaction. We had told them there was a cat and saw themselves how bad things were. Like I said I would have 10000% understood if they said no because of how bad it was (family member is hoarderish) but said family member comes home from the hospital tomorrow and they left us in a lurch today. Now we have to scramble to try and find someone else, *IF* we can. Very frustrating

Hi, Something’s to know about our pricing is that we never give prices over the phone . We always like to see the property, so we are able to give the best price that fits your home size. We are always willing to work with our customers for pricing that works best for them as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with new customers, are having a phone conversation so we get to know them a little, then we will schedule a day and time that works best for them for a free estimate price . We as owners do the estimate ourselves so our home owners know who they are working with .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both did cleaning for more than 5 years . We take notes on mistakes to be sure it doesn’t happen again.
