- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hi, Something’s to know about our pricing is that we never give prices over the phone . We always like to see the property, so we are able to give the best price that fits your home size. We are always willing to work with our customers for pricing that works best for them as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with new customers, are having a phone conversation so we get to know them a little, then we will schedule a day and time that works best for them for a free estimate price . We as owners do the estimate ourselves so our home owners know who they are working with .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both did cleaning for more than 5 years . We take notes on mistakes to be sure it doesn’t happen again.
