At Magik Mechanical, we're a family-owned and operated company offering comprehensive services. We believe in transparent and upfront pricing so you'll know the cost of your project before we start. We offer a 10% discount for our Magik Inner Circle Members. There are no hidden fees, and we pride ourselves on delivering the service you deserve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe treating every customer like they are apart of the family. Our process is simple and straightforward. When you call us, we'll first conduct a phone consultation to discuss your project and schedule an on-site visit. During the on-site visit, we'll assess your needs, answer your questions, and provide a detailed estimate. Once you approve the estimate, we'll schedule a time to begin the work. We keep you informed throughout the project and ensure we leave the work area clean when we're done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds licenses and certifications in all of our home services. We have completed apprenticeship programs and regularly attend continuing education courses to stay current with the latest industry standards and technologies. This ongoing training ensures we're equipped to handle any challenge and provide the highest quality service.
