Had some bad dealings with repair "professionals" in the past and decided I would start doing them for myself. As a result I know the value of an honest repair person and that's what I try my best to be.

All types, people my own age, younger, older, male or female. All different nationalities.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have brand of appliance and model number available, that way a service provider can know what parts may likely be needed to bring with him.
