Jim responded quickly to our project request.

He was available within a couple of days, and arrived exactly on time, despite being 20+ miles away.

He was at our property for a couple hours, carefully diagnosing the issue, and painstakingly cleaning the fireplace burners.

He noted a couple of options for improved functionality, but completed the repair, as well as a full diagnostic of the unit.

Jim was honest, reasonable, and great to work with. Hopefully we don't have any further issues with this fireplace, but if we do, we will contact Jim.

Jim came to service my gas fireplace and did an outstanding job. He quickly assessed the problem and made the necessary repair. In addition he cleaned the unit and made sure the entire work area was neat and tidy when he left. I would welcome him into my home again and highly recommend him and his company. The price quoted was the price charged. I really appreciated that especially in this day and age.
