Jim came to service my gas fireplace and did an outstanding job. He quickly assessed the problem and made the necessary repair. In addition he cleaned the unit and made sure the entire work area was neat and tidy when he left. I would welcome him into my home again and highly recommend him and his company. The price quoted was the price charged. I really appreciated that especially in this day and age.

Jim was on time and friendly. He performed his work quickly and went over everything with us. He put down floor covering and kept everything clean and tidy. Very good experience.

I would highly recommend Jim. We had a gas fireplace that wasn't working. Jim communicated very clearly, arrived on time, and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. He was clean, efficient, thorough and polite. We would certainly use him again.
