Radiance Home Staging & Redesign
About this pro
Well, I have a professional sense of space, imagery visualization, style, and function. I also do my own artwork if the owner approves. For me, the most important thing is to please my clients by bringing a smile for the world to see! But, most importantly, that the work meet every need that the client has for their space whether it's color palette, style, focal point, space planning, or great function.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Well, I treat every job as it's own entity. I once almost staged a whole house after shopping the same day with $300.00. Everything really depends on how much the client provides or leaves up to me. So, I price my reasonable fees accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, having earned an accreditation in home staging and redesign, I'm still interested in everything I see in stores, shows on HGTV, watching other professionals, and would like to complete a full interior design degree within the next two years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've loved art always; so I do sketching, painting, hand sewn work in addition to the decorating, staging, and redesign. I can do custom paintings with the client's color palette choice including children's rooms as well. I taught art as well and it was wonderful to see students produce something in their own style from scratch.
