Is this prospective Landscaper licensed with the Office of Consumer Affairs? All Landscape Contractors must be licensed with the State of New Jersey Office of Consumer Affairs. They must be able to supply you with a copy of this license. We maintain our license for over 10 years. Is this prospective Landscaper licensed, trained and certified to apply Pesticides to your property? Our Technicians are Certified in Pesticide Application. If your Landscaper does not maintain these licenses, they may be applying too much or the wrong chemicals to your property, thereby endangering your health and adjacent property owners. Is this prospective Landscaper able to produce Certificates of Insurance for Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Disability in $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 limits for your protection?
