- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
30% Retainer fee is required to book. Discount is available for group bookings only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick phone or virtual consultation will help us finalize details. ✔ Booking & Payment – After our consultation, I'll send an invoice/contract outlining services and pricing. A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer fee are required to secure your booking. ✔ Preparation & Trial (Brides Only) – Bridal previews are optional but recommended. A skin prep guide will be provided for all makeup clients. ✔ Event Day – I arrive early to set up and provide services at your location. A well-lit space is required; I’ll bring a makeup chair and additional lighting if needed. ✔ Completion & Follow-Up – Final payment is due before departure. I’ll follow up post-event for feedback and any additional needs.

I’m a licensed esthetician, certified international makeup artist, and professional hairstylist with extensive training in beauty and skincare. My expertise is continuously refined through ongoing education, keeping me updated on the latest trends and techniques. Additionally, I am MAC Cosmetics artist, I receive specialized training throughout the year, ensuring I bring top-tier skills to every client.
