I needed my son’s shattered iPad glass repaired. Received multiple Thumbtack quotes but my gut told me to go with Mobilized IT & Screen Repair and I’m so glad I did. I’m not one to write reviews but my overall experience with this company was so positive in ever aspect that I would be remiss if I didn’t. Prompt response to my initial inquiry and follow up questions. Fast appointment and arrived exactly as communicated. Due to the pandemic I’m not comfortable with letting outsiders in my house and Tyree was more than happy to do the repairs in his car. With a smile he said’ “Whatever makes you comfortable!” You can’t even tell my 5 year daughter shattered the glass with a golf club (another story) lol, as the iPad looks brand new. We spoke briefly after he handed me the completed iPad and this is a positive, humble and ambitious young man. I hope my daughter is out of the golf swinging business but if not I definitely know who to call.

Came on time prompt got right to it hooked up my wifi system got the the terrible I mean very terrible wifi/internet service working with no problem he was heaven sent excellent work highly recommended
