B&L was hired to renovate the bathroom in my new home. They were hired by the previous owner. I was surprised to find that the overflow in the tub was never hooked up, so water flows right into the basement. We also had a plumber verify that the drain in the tub is not to code. It is too small. I got the receipt and contact info from the previous owner. When I called B&L to check it out they did get back to me initially, but quickly began ignoring emails. They do poor work and refuse to fix their mistakes. Avoid!
