- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $150 per hour for design projects with no construction. For larger projects involving construction we charge a flat fee, based on the size of the project, that can be rolled into your existing budget. We do offer discounted packages for multiple room design that reduces our hourly fee. Check out our services on our website for more packages!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a brief call to obtain information regarding your project. We then schedule a time to meet in person for a consultation regarding the project. This is where get to know you and your design aesthetic and also take measurements of the space. Then we schedule a time to come back with out in house contractor to evaluate the scope of the project and start putting together a quote. We then send over a proposal for the scope of work. After proposal, we send over the contract to sign and then we get to work on the designs for your space. We are with you every step of the way through your renovation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over seven years experience in the business. I studied at New York Institute of Art and Design for Interior Design. I also worked as a design consultant for Floor and Decor and have worked with over six hundred clients and have designed hundreds of kitchens and baths. I opened my own interior design business to focus solely in this area of serving others.
