- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally communicate via reply email first to establish an initial comfortable method of communication. We may follow up via phone call or email before meeting in person to schedule a pre-work walk through with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in Exterior Home Improvement and Interior Construction Skills, I have over 100 Projects/jobs that I draw my experience, aptitudes and capabilities and not from formal "academia training".
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The key components are for the customer to have: 1.Estimated Budget for Services 2.Estimated/Preferred Time/workspace allocation for the professional quality of service/job to be completed.
