My Process for Crafting Your Perfect Ceremony: Collect Email: Let’s start by connecting! I’ll gather your email to keep our communication smooth. Send Wedding Details and Questionnaire Form: I’ll send over a detailed questionnaire to learn more about your love story and vision for the ceremony. Send Over Contract: Once we’ve discussed your details, I’ll provide a contract for your review. Draft Two Ceremony Scripts: I’ll create two unique ceremony scripts based on your story for you to choose from. Complete Edits: We’ll work together to refine your chosen script with up to three rounds of edits. Schedule a Zoom Meeting: Finally, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to discuss everything and meet face-to-face!

Know your needs: Be clear about the date, time, location, and the type of ceremony you envision. Having this information ready helps both you and me determine if it’s the right fit. Ask about backup plans: Inquire about what happens in case of an emergency. Does the officiant have a backup plan, or will you need to find another officiant at the last minute? Discuss customization options: Ensure the officiant is willing to personalize the ceremony based on your love story, traditions, or specific requests, so it reflects your unique relationship . Match their style to yours: Before reaching out, think about the tone you want—whether formal, light-hearted, or spiritual—so you can find an officiant whose style aligns with your vision. Please be mindful when reaching out. While we understand not every officiant is the right fit for every couple, inquiries still come at a cost.
