Adam helped us find and install a new hot water heater within a few days. He is very good at what he does. Was able to install our new water heater in a very tight spot with little effort. We will use him again for our heating and cooling needs.

Started off good - figured out a hack to get my heat on last fall. But then when summer came he couldn't figure out how to get cooling to work in my central hvac system... so i've been melting in 90 degree humidity for 4 weeks :/

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After Diagnostic/Consultation visit, ($125 fee), we use a flat rate billing system for repairs needed. In some cases where the work needed to repair the equipment are not as straight forward, we will then let the customer know, before any work is done that they would be billed, time, ($125per hr.), and material cost. In either case the Diagnostic/Consultation fee will be waived, (FREE ESTIMATE), if we are to do the work. DISCOUNTS: 15% Discount for Home Owners who are Senior Citizens. 15% Discount for our local neighbors in or around the Wood Ridge, NJ area. (5 miles around the Town of Wood Ridge, NJ)
