Fady was great to work with from the start. When he arrived to complete the estimate we had good discussions about the project while he actively took notes and measurements. I felt he had a good understanding of what we wanted to do. His worker, Edgar, did a fantastic job through 2 bathrooms - with both demo and construction. They both proved to be honest and trustworthy, which is just as important as the quality of work. Our discussions continued throughout the project, as Fady and his team proved to be agile and flexible along the way. We are very happy with how our bathrooms came out, and will plan to call Fady again with our next big job.

PI was always great with timing not only on how long the project will take (how many weeks) but also the consistency of the starting working time every day. It was also easy to talk about my concerns and if we needed to do any adjustments. I renovated my kitchen and the main Bathroom, and I know for sure if I need any more work to be done in the future I will go with IP.
