I contacted this plumber about a leak from my upstairs that damaged the downstairs ceiling. I sent pictures of the pipes expecting them to be used as reference. Instead, I received a full quote for the entire job without any in-person inspection.
As a homeowner, this is frustrating. A professional should take the time to properly diagnose the issue before quoting a price. Giving a blanket estimate without confirming the source of the leak feels careless and unprofessional. When dealing with water damage, accuracy matters, and this approach did not inspire confidence. I thanked him for his time and will continue to find someone to do the job.

Ivan did a great job hanging kitchen cabinets that needed earthquake-proof mounting. He responded very quickly and came within a couple of days, and the final charge was in line with the quote he gave me initially.
I really appreciated his patience and expertise. He was very clear about which hardware he was using and exactly how many pounds the shelves could support in the way they were hung. He was fast, pleasant to work work with, and professional.
