I was happy with this company until they stopped returning my calls about my new steps cracking and separating from my foundation. I have chunks of cement coming off the top platform of my steps, and part of the landing is pitted and crumbling. I called them and I was told it would be six weeks before they could come out. It is now almost 5 months and still no call back. Very disappointed and disgusted. Next step is BBB and talking to a legal adviser. I gave them every opportunity to make this right but they don't seem interested. UPDATE: I received a call from them very quickly this morning, not sure if it was because of this post or not, but they were very apologetic, and are coming out to look at the problem and see what needs to be done. I will repost when I have some answers, but was very glad to get a call. Did not have any complaints before this.

I'm very satisfied with the work done by Vinny and his crew . They are Charlie,Felipe,Pascual,Tosy,and Jimmy .Very nice people and worked so hard to make the project really great . I will recommend them to family and friends .Everyone who passed by always complements the walkway they did ".Looks good and really very nice "The front of my house looks great and it stands out now that I have a beautiful walk and new steps with platform. The color of the pavers looks great Ruby/Onyx by Cambridge with Armortec picked by Vinny ( the Boss) . The price he gave me is reasonable .He did some extra work with no additional charge. He is very generous and very pleasant .Thanks Vinny and all the crew. JOB WELL APPRECIATED BY ME

This is my third attempt at trying to clear up a bad review. Yes I did have a problem with some of the concrete work that was done, but I called the company and they were very helpful. I am confused now as to who I spoke to, either Vinny or Frank, but they came out and inspected and agreed with me that their must have been something wrong with the concrete that was originally used because it was pitting after just a short time. They were very busy, so it took a few weeks, but they came back to my house, took off my new handrails, and steps, and removed all the bad concrete, and replaced it, and reinstalled my new railings I had put in after the job was completed the first time.Frank and Vinny were both very nice and polite, and ON TIME. If they said they were going to be there at 9, they were there, and if they were going to be late, they called and let me know.I could not give 5 stars only because the job was not completely perfect the first time, and it took time (because they were very busy) to come and fix the problem, but they came as soon as they could and fixed the job to both our satisfaction. I love the look of my new steps and am very glad they helped me pick a different color than what I originally had, and what everyone else in the neighborhood had. My house doesn't stand out, it is just different from many others. Thank You Vinny and Frank.

We worked with Direct Call last year on a major home renovation project (siding, pavers, steps/walkway). Their price is very competitive, but level of customer service even better. Vinny was at our home multiple times in the late evening drawing up plans, always patient. We were never pressured for the buiness.As work progressed, we loved how it was coming together so much that we immediately added other projects to the list. One important note was the staff- very pleasant and professional.Upon completion, we were extremely satisfied with the outcome. Our home was transformed beyond our expectations.We contacted Direct Call this spring for minor maintenance. They were very responsive and showed up as promised. Not many companies stand behind their product- THESE GUYS DO!
