Great company to work with. Worked with Keating to have some foundation repairs from bug and rot damage. They did multiple visits to spec out the project and also walked me through exactly what they were going to go. They provided options for the scope of the work and never tried to add extra services to pad out the estimate. Work was completed in a timely manner and the job site was spotless when they left. It's a family-owned company so I like how you deal directly with the owners rather than getting passed off to sub-contractors. Highly recommended and will use again in the future.

After getting a few different quotes for an egress window, we went with Keating Group and we were not disappointed. They spent a few hours with us explaining how they would do the work, the best location for our window, and inspected our basement and outside soil. They took their time to make sure we were comfortable with the project. They completed the work in 1 day with no interruptions to our day. This father/son team really takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them for any basement/foundation project!
