- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per hour, with a minimum of three hours per event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself over the phone or on a video call. I think it’s more personal and it allows clients to feel comfortable with me and express their event needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been hired for several events (not just on Thumbtack) as well as organizing my own. My training comes from working in the television and film industry for over 10 years.
