Unique Floors contacted me right after my latest outreach and told me that all my prior emails had been going to a spam folder, which explains why I hadn’t heard from them earlier. Ryan was very responsive and personally assured me that the driveway paver stains would all be cleaned next week, which made me feel much better about the situation. Thus, I am revising my review up to 4 stars, which reflects my satisfaction with the newly installed epoxy garage floor, which many people have complimented me on. 👍🏽
