- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call them to schedule a free quote. If he chooses our services, we schedule the day and time for the cleaning. As a courtesy reminder, we always text you the time of arrival the day before your scheduled cleaning date. Also you don’t have to be home for the service, as long as we have a way to get in. For example you can leave a key, or if you have a garage code, alarm code etc. If you have an alarm, we can deactivate and reactivate the alarm for you. For payment options, we accept cash, Venmo and Zelle .Payments are made on the day of service or should be kept on top of the kitchen table.
