Executive and Staff Administrative Specialist

Introduction: Hi! My name is Victoria. I am an executive administrative support specialist. I have about 6 years of administrative experience, with an emphasis in executive support for senior management and c-level executives. With that responsibility, my work includes everything from systems administration, project management, heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, invoicing, logistics for high level meetings and events, and everything else in between. What makes my experience unique is that through my experience of working across different industries, I've found that the skill set I've acquired can translate across the board to successfully enabling the success of my managers, as well as contributing my own experiences and introducing a new perspective.
