Extremely satisfied with Vernon’s services. My experience reflects the sentiments of the previous reviews. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience I had with Vernon. He responded to my initial message within minutes and was at my house to take care of the issue in less than 24 hours. What really stood out was his transparency. He was very clear about how he’d approach the job and even helped us identify how the bed bugs likely entered the house so we could prevent it in the future. He was great with our dog, the pricing was very fair, and most importantly, he was honest about the extent of the infestation. He let us know a second visit wasn't necessary since it wasn't an extreme case, which we really appreciated. If you want someone who is professional, punctual, and high-integrity, hire Vernon!

When I contacted Vernon, he showed within 1/2 hr. Luckily he was able to schedule me between his previous calls. Very professional when he arrived, investigated my entire home and placed poison in key spots being mindful of children and pets. I’d gladly contact him for future service.
