I couldn’t have been happier with the experience I had with Vernon. He responded to my initial message within minutes and was at my house to take care of the issue in less than 24 hours.
What really stood out was his transparency. He was very clear about how he’d approach the job and even helped us identify how the bed bugs likely entered the house so we could prevent it in the future. He was great with our dog, the pricing was very fair, and most importantly, he was honest about the extent of the infestation. He let us know a second visit wasn't necessary since it wasn't an extreme case, which we really appreciated. If you want someone who is professional, punctual, and high-integrity, hire Vernon!

Details: 3 rooms • 1 bed • 1 couch • 1,000 - 2,000 sq ft • Yes, I can temporarily vacate the property for a few days

I highly recommend Vernon! I hired him through Thumbtack for a bed bug issue, and he was excellent. He was very professional and responded right away. Vernon came for an inspection and then two treatments. He even preferred you stay there so he could pinpoint the issues and show you what was going on. He also provided a 30-day warranty. I highly recommend him!

**Exceptional Service from Start to Finish - Highly Recommend Vernon!**

We recently dealt with every homeowner's nightmare - a bed bug infestation. We were understandably stressed and anxious about the situation, but from the moment Vernon arrived, we knew we were in capable hands.

Vernon's professionalism was evident immediately. He arrived promptly, was well-prepared with all the necessary equipment, and took the time to thoroughly assess our situation. What really stood out was how he listened attentively to our concerns without making us feel embarrassed or judged about the problem. He asked thoughtful questions to understand the full scope of the issue and explained everything in terms we could easily understand.

His approach was both reasonable and transparent. Vernon provided a clear breakdown of the treatment process, realistic expectations for results, and fair pricing with no hidden fees or pressure tactics. He was courteous throughout, treating our home with respect and being mindful of our belongings during the treatment process.

What truly sets Vernon apart is his commitment to going above and beyond. He didn't just do the minimum required - he took extra care to ensure every potential hiding spot was addressed and provided us with detailed prevention tips to avoid future issues. His follow-up visit demonstrated his dedication to customer satisfaction and ensuring the problem was completely resolved.

The 30-day warranty on his work gave us tremendous peace of mind and shows he stands behind his service. We're happy to report that the bed bugs are completely gone, and we finally feel comfortable in our home again.

If you're dealing with bed bugs or any pest control issues, Vernon is absolutely the professional you want on the job. Five stars without hesitation!
