I recently had the pleasure of working with Vernon for pest control services needed at my home and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience!!!! are you looking for reliable professional Vernon was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain the services that would be provided and the work that would be involved throughout the day. One thing that stood out right away was how detailed and transparent he was during the inspection process. Vernon walked the entire perimeter of my home, carefully examining areas where rodents could potentially gain entry. He pointed out possible entry points and explained how rodents typically move around structures to find ways inside. His explanations were clear and informative, which helped me better understand the issue and the importance of proper prevention. What I appreciated most was how thorough he was. Vernon even took pictures of areas that were difficult for me to see and showed me exactly where he had sealed openings. He explained what materials were used and how these areas were secured to prevent rodents from entering the home again. In addition to treating the exterior of the house, Vernon also inspected and treated the garage and other vulnerable areas. He didn’t stop there—he also treated my backyard and addressed internal areas of the home that showed evidence of rodent activity. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right were very reassuring. Overall, Vernon provided professional, thorough, and highly informative service. His knowledge, patience, and dedication to ensuring the problem was properly addressed made the entire experience excellent. I would highly recommend Vernon to anyone looking for reliable and professional pest control services.
