I had a bedbug infestation, and I was so stressed. I always heard about them, but never experienced them. I did everything I could to get rid of them, but nothing worked. I was at my wit's end and somehow Vernon's face appeared on my phone (I guess big brother is listening). I usually do my due diligence and at least research three people, but it was some force that would not allow me to do that. His ratings are impressively high, and I only read about three reviews. These are the reasons you should hire Vernon. First, before you hit send, he responds. He is ALWAYS responsive. Second, his customer service skills are above par. In this day and age, that is refreshing. Third, he articulates and takes his time explaining the issues and doesn't make you feel bad about it. Fourth, he is so patient and makes sure he addresses any questions/concerns you may have. Fifth, he is so personable. And last but not least, he gets the job done with a 30-day guarantee and offers a reasonable extended guarantee. This is not an exhaustive list, and I could go on and on. He resolved the infestation problem, and my life is back in order.
