Our pricing is based on the size of the space, scope of work, and frequency of service. We factor in offices, restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, lobbies, and other high-traffic areas when building your quote. We’re committed to transparent pricing with no hidden fees — everything is discussed upfront after a walkthrough or consultation so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new commercial client, our process is simple and straightforward: Initial Contact: We start by discussing your cleaning needs — the type of facility, size, frequency, and any special requests. Walkthrough or Virtual Estimate: We like to see the space in person (or virtually) to understand the layout and scope of work. Customized Quote: Based on what we learn, we provide a detailed, transparent quote that fits your specific needs and schedule. Scheduling & Setup: Once approved, we schedule service at a time that works best for your business and assign a dedicated cleaner or cleaning team. Service & Follow-Up: After each cleaning, we check in to make sure everything meets your expectations. We value feedback and fine-tune our process to ensure consistency and quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in commercial and office cleaning standards, including disinfection, floor care, and safety protocols. We’re also certified in OSHA safety compliance, proper chemical handling, and equipment use to ensure every job is completed safely and efficiently. While TurnClean Solutions is a growing business, our training and real-world experience in professional cleaning allow us to deliver consistent, high-quality results every time.
