- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing. We offer all different forms of payments including credit cards, check and cash. We have discounts for all military, police, fire fighters and EMT.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we like to meet the home owner at their home to discuss their project. Once we go over all the aspects of the project including design, colors, time frame, budget etc, what ever is required we will work on an estimate and get it over to the customer ASAP. Once all the pricing is agreed upon we do require a deposit which will vary depending on the project, then payments will be made based on progress of the work. All payment details with be outlined in a contract which will be signed by the customer and a member of the Perry & Son team.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a family owned company where everyone involved has been in the construction and remodeling field for many years. We have all done everything from a little repair job to multi million dollar projects. The whole family love what we do and could never see ourselves doing anything else.
