The short version: Joe is a friendly, knowledgeable and professional plumber who provides stellar customer service and clear results for a price you can't beat. The long version: After a few days of trying to unclog our kitchen sink myself, I had to call in the pros. We put out a request for a quote on Thumbtack and Joe at HSC got a quote that we liked to us immediately. He came out on a Saturday morning which I wasn't expecting at all. After an hour of conventional methods, he decided that more firepower was needed and made an appointment to come back later that afternoon. After a few more hours in the afternoon, he had to make the decision to come back with help and go into the walls. He was determined to get it clear before having to do so but ultimately decided it had to be done. He showed up on Monday with his crewman, a few minutes earlier than his appointment as had been the case with the prior appointments. They found the problem, a building defect in the plumbing mixed with some grease in the drain resulted in 18' and 10 years of pipe booger in the line. Now my family and I can finally quit washing dishes in the bathroom and get on with our lives. And I'm sure I would have paid twice what they charged to the Roto Rooters out there for the initial service call alone. Thanks, Joe!
