Mike was here this morning to take care of cleaning out our gutters. He arrived on time, checked our roof and and all exposed exhaust vents on our roof, he took photos to show us and explain a few issues we had, which we would have had no idea about!
He was extraordinarily professional, prompt and we will definitely be having him come back to make a few repairs and perform our yearly maintenance on our home.

Mike from Dynamic Exteriors responded quickly when I requested a quote. He was professional when I called and gave me an appointment that was convenient just a few days after the initial contact. He arrived in a timely fashion, cleaned the gutters and did some minor repairs and left things tidy around the house. He did exactly what he said he would do and, since I couldn't be at home when he came, I especially appreciate the photos he emailed to document his work. I will definitely use Dynamic Exteriors againj when the need arises.

Mike did an excellent job cleaning our very clogged gutters and hauled away all of the waste. Also, I requested that he email me photos of the completed work since I was unable to be at home when he came to clean the gutters. As requested he emailed me photos of his completed work which set me at ease that I wasn't getting ripped off. Without a doubt, I will be using Mike again in the future for any gutter issues, gutter cleaning and possibly when I need a new roof.

I couldn't be happier! Mike worked on a rental property that's 200yrs old. Apparantly not long enough to be located on GPS. And the tenants continued to send him away. For $139., I don't know if I would have per- servered to get the job done. But Mike overcame all the obstacles, cleaned & repaired our gutters & sent follow up photos of a job well done. I strongly recommend MIKE & look forward to working with him in the future. It is a great relief to be able to spend $ and trust the worker & workmanship!

Mike artived on time and did s great job cleaning our gutters and checking our downspouts. He cleaned up after his work and was very professional and pleasent and the price was fair. I would recommend Mike and will use him in the future!
