Health and wellbeing should be accessible. We will work together as a partnership to set clear expectations about services rendered and appropriate compensation to meet the needs of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial intake assessment, we work with the customer to strategize the best plan of action. Customers can expect a detailed program proposal to review and adjust to best meet their needs and realistic timelines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a forever learner. I am backed by almost 10 years in the fitness industry as well as a laundry list of accredited certifications and continuing education to render me best equipped to accommodate any client need. You can expect an integrative approach to wellbeing through my background in sleep and stress management via mindfulness and breathwork, personal training through functional movement, diet and lifestyle protocols backed by science and inspired by ayurveda.
