Michael & his team were very responsive to our moving request and took immediate action to move us after another moving company didn't work out. While they did an overall good job, by the end of the move, there were numerous damages made to furniture, chandelier and they left behind a good amount of boxes in the basement which I had to hire someone else to handle due to Michael's lack of response. I wish he handled this differently but overall, the team did a decent job under the circumstances.
