- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the type of project at hand, but we generally price painting, cleaning and flooring projects by surface area, the amount of manual work needed, and price of materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process of working with a new customer is the following: 1. Speak directly with the customer to ensure we are fully capable of making their dreams a reality. 2. Visit the property is possible, to ensure we give as accurate of a quote as possible. 3. Schedule a start time that works best for the customer, and finish the project in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We initially started this journey as chicken coop and shed builders once covid hit, and swiftly transitioned into full home remodeling, flipping and staging. We have fully gutted and remodeled a handful of properties within S Jersey and S Philadelphia, and worked with Real Estate Agents to help stage properties.
