Sears Maid Services arrived on time and did an outstanding job. The women were accomodating, professional, friendly, and efficient. Also the price for my 4/5 bedroom house was excellent. Would definitely rehire!! A1 in my book!!

I used them for a one time cleaning and was astounded. They cleaned everything. Under the couch, the refrigerator, baseboards, window trim, stuff I would have never expected. Mike, the owner, was super professional, love that they are bonded, love that they are a Sears company and everyone is background checked.. I'm just really happy and thought I needed to write a review.... We signed up for regular cleaning now..

Our average job is weekly or bi-weekly residential cleanings. We service Columbus and the surrounding area.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before letting anyone in your home on a regular basis for cleaning, I would recommend making sure they are background checked, that they are licensed and bonded. Make sure the scope of work is defined and written down. Make sure the paperwork states whether you are getting a weekly, bi-weekly or one time clean and what does that include? Be clear on the pricing! Are you hiring employees or sub-contractors? Who supplies the cleaning products?
