We are so thrilled with our new Navien tankless water heater, and love that we now have endless hot water. Tyler provided a detailed quote to replace my, believe it or not, 26-year-old 40-gallon water heater. He was so professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you to Charles, the Manager of the plumbing department for helping expedite my quote and install. I appreciated Shay with scheduling and Charity for keeping us in the loop with arrival times. Tyler, Clarence and Freddy arrived on time and did such an amazing job with our install, I just couldn't be happier to have hot water again, as my tank water heater quit working the day before our installation. Clarence and Freddy had a such a great idea and used some extra tile in my garage to line the floor of the water heater closet. It looks so beautiful and will be so easy to clean. They all went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and showed so much kindness to my husband who had a stroke a couple of years ago. They were so respectful and took time to listen and answer any questions that he had. They also made us laugh with their fun sense of humor. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you, Signature Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for hiring such an amazing team.

Id like to thank the woman who I spoke with first. She was polite and helpful and after I told her I had a deadline of 5 o'clock today she asked me to hold. Apologized for having me wait literally about a minute. Then told me I'd have a plumber at my house in 25 minutes. He was there before I arrived. Polite nicely dressed and already diagnosed the problem and was ready to fit it. He was quick and efficient and not to expensive. Great job you guys. I will be recommending to friends and family. And any other repairs I need from here on out. Thanks again.

After hearing glowing endorsements for Signature from our neighbors and 2 other couples we know, we asked Signature to dispatch HVAC Tech Richard Gurry to asses our heating system.Richard was extremely pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and after an extensive examination of our heater he explained in detail, using easily understandable language the problems with our 20+ year old heater.Using Richards report, it was apparent we needed a new furnace. Lukas Rasinski, a "comfort advisor" was dispatched and explained our options clearly. When we selected a replacement furnace, we were able to schedule the installation in only 3 days.On the day of the appointment, not only were the workers on time, but actually early.Installers Sam and Ashton began the process of removing the old furnace. Elijah and Eli, the electricians, made the necessary modifications to bring the electrical connection up to code.The new furnace was installed along with a new thermostat, and new fold open filter holders were installed to replace the old simple screw in vent covers.The entire process was completed in just over 3 hours. The men cleaned up thoroughly and explained the new system and thermostat.I needed to mention each person by name to emphasize how courteous, professional and personable they ALL were.We are extremely satisfied with the entire process and highly recommend Signature for HVAC needs.

Great customer service, didnt have to wait for them to answer their phone, made a same day appointment and HVAC Service Tech Adrian was very informative and did a thorough inspection of our furnace. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend Signature completely!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    If you live in the Albuquerque area Signature charges a $77 dispatch fee. This gets our tech to your home. Once the tech arrives they will evaluate the job and give you opitions for service. If you choose to proceed with the work, the dispatch fee is included in the job.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All customers/jobs are different. Our highly trained technician will arrive on site, evaulate the job and give upfront pricing. The customer decides which option they want to go with and if approved the tech will complete the job in a timely manner.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All technicians are trained and meet the requirments to work with Signature.
