Introduction: I am a retired general contractor back to offer my service to perspective or existing home owners to build or remodel your dream home. My services consist of new construction, remodels, additions and insurance repairs. I am also offering my services as a liaison to those wanting to build their own home. The services consist of advising and or walking you through all stages of new home construction. I will sit with you and design a home and find a good draftsman to draw the plans and also help you obtain your building permits. I will help you find good and inexpensive sub-contractors and oversee all stages of construction. I will call for and be present for all inspections, and be at the job site as often as necessary from start to finish of your home.

Dave and his helper did a great job! Replaced baseboard, removed and replaced tile, removed and replaced screen doors. Repaired and painted drywall.....All done in a timely matter and at a reasonable price.

To be fair we are still working on the house, Dave has a keen eye for detail and he and his assistant work well together. When the insurance work is done I am looking at more projects around here.
