- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each situation is considered separately. Mitch specializes in 1 on 1 coaching as well as group/team coaching. Please contact Mitch to share more about your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For corporations, schools, events, etc Mitch always offers a free conference call to gain more understanding about your needs. For 1 on 1 coaching, Mitch will communicate with you via email to discuss needs and goals for measuring if what we can offer gives you the best opportunity for growth. After an initial call or email meeting, price and details will be discussed and decided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With almost 20 years of experience in an array of leadership platforms as well as the experience of being an entrepreneur for over 15 years and leading corporate small business, Mitch brings first hand experience to the table. Mitch also carries educational training and certifications in areas ranging from biblical studies to mental health facilitation to drug and alcohol prevention. This education and experience allow Mitch to be versatile and powerful in helping you take your life or business to the next level.
