I'm an art teacher with 13 years of experience working with children and adults, and I have a passion for helping people develop their own aesthetic while improving targeted skills. I've taught in schools, workshops, individually, and with small groups. I have I have a BA and MA in Art Education, and actively work on my own art practice.
I can help you learn techniques in weaving, painting, drawing, printmaking, collage, and more. After talking with you about what you hope to get out of our time together, I will develop lessons customized to your goals and interests.

Catherine is a wonderful, patient teacher. She came to my home with tools and materials to guide me on how to weave.
She is an engaging, thoughtful and creative artist. I even found one of her creations at the Yucca Gallery in Old Town and had to have it for my home.
I would highly recommend her for art classes and/or decorative items for your home.
