FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the specific scope of work, materials, site conditions, and complexity of each project. We provide clear, detailed estimates so you understand what is included before work begins. We focus on fair pricing and quality workmanship rather than being the lowest bidder. Free estimates are available for all projects, and any changes to the original scope are discussed and approved before additional work is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your project, goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we typically schedule a site visit to review the work in person, take measurements, and discuss any important details. We then prepare a clear written estimate outlining the proposed scope of work and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the project, coordinate materials and labor, and keep you informed throughout the job. Before wrapping up, we review the completed work with you and make sure everything included in the agreed scope has been addressed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed residential and commercial contractor in New Mexico and completed the required contractor examinations and licensing process in 2020. My training is backed by years of hands-on experience managing and completing residential construction, remodeling, framing, roofing, decks, additions, windows, and other improvement projects. I stay involved in the work from estimating and planning through construction and final completion, which gives me practical experience in both project management and the actual building process.
