As we mentioned before, pricing for transcription and other virtual secretarial services is complicated only because of the variety of services we provide. We have a rates page on our website for transcription and other hourly services. Transcription rates can depend on the number of speakers, quality of audio, and turn-around time needed (rush - regular - relaxed time). So, the best thing to do is contact us so we can give the best possible rate. Hourly rates are also available for some services!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We produce technical transcripts and reports (seminar, video, dictation, etc.), legal transcripts and documents (letters, motions, interviews, belt tapes, court proceedings, etc.), business transcripts and documents (letters, dictation), and medical (medical notes, letters). We also perform a variety of other virtual secretarial services.
