FAQs
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The better defined the project, the easier it is for me to estimate the level of effort it will require and to provide a price. For proposals, I like to see the RFP/solicitation documents, understand what information the customer is able to provide, what specific services the client would like me to provide, and the required due date. Other considerations include the review process and any other customer expectations. If you have a document that needs to be reviewed, edited, or proofread, I like to see the document in order to get an idea of what level of effort will be required on my part to complete the required services.
