Introduction: Let's start with reliability. A client in the insurance field calls me her "Zen." This means that she can relax knowing I'll get the job done and done right, time after time after time.
More things that set me apart:
-- My 20+ years of professional communications experience. Over this time I've produced publications, web content, blogs, social media, public relations materials, correspondence and more. You name it and I've done it.
-- My range. As a former reporter, I'm good at asking lots of questions. This allows me to write convincingly on all manner of subjects -- from healthcare to hotcakes.
-- My intuition. Since every audience is unique, one size doesn't fit all when it comes to writing. Luckily, I know how to adjust your message to fit the needs and literacy levels of the people you need to reach. If your message is complicated, I'll distill it into terms your audience will understand.
For me it's about three things:
-- Learning something I didn't know before. (I'm endlessly curious.)
