- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will have two sessions. These are typically 2 hours each session. These are usually the only sessions. Our contact however is for the life of your dog(s). My fee is $100/hr if you are in my area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your home to meet with you and anyone who directly handles your dog. We will share much information. During this time I will do an assessment and see how your dog lives with you. I will assess your relationship and interaction. If your dog is having issues we very likely will make some human changes. Together we will formulate a plan and a strategy to get your dog on the route to being your well-behaved companion. We will see your dog begin to learn and change very quickly. You will learn and practice a few very important techniques, many human behaviors, and how to communicate with your dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
