His bid was highest but I felt others were low-balling me or would do piss poor job. It costs 2.5x the low bid where I moved from for same number of windows and single story. Now I have 2 stories. I found the cheaper companies pressure wash. TJ cleaned by hand. Was tidy. Glass sparkles. I'll continue to use him. Also is a polite and decent guy.

Tyler (a/k/a T.J.) started out my experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills. He is very competitive and was willing to match lower bids. He was thoughtful and paid attention to the weather, not wanting to wash my windows when it was going to rain the scheduled day. He worked for 5 solid hours, never tiring with veracious energy.His work, like his vigor, is undeniably excellent. You won't be disappointed...He left my windows, the sills and screens immaculate. And, he is a trustworthy business man who does what he says he will. Hire him!

TJ did a awesome job! He cleaned the tracks and the screens! The windows are perfect. He was so nice and was very clean and tidy! My dogs love him. I would NOT chose anyone else to clean my windows.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only time there are difficulties with pricing is when hard water or shower doors come into play.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our field is pretty basic but we do stay up to date on the latest techniques and chemicals for hard water removal.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was living in WA and got a part time job working as a salesman and window laborer, basically I learned everything I needed to get started and do things my way.
