I would suggesting conducting a telephone interview and scheduling a meeting. You should always look someone in the eye and shake their hand before conducting business with them. You will know if the person is right for you!

There is a common misconception about accountants - We are not all stiff, boring black and white thinkers that wear three piece suits and green visors. We are normal humans living normal daily lives that just have a nack for numbers - an occasionally a sense of humor! And we do not all work for or wish to work for the IRS - we work to keep you off the radar.
