Called a few inspectors before going on to thumbtack and couldn't get an inspection scheduled for weeks. Got on thumbtack and Eric replied within a couple hours and was able to get my new house inspected just 2 days later. Quick to reply, low price, and a thorough inspection. Would definitely recommend!
