What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not complicated. - My portrait clients usually spend between $400 - $2000+ for their session and display products. - My wedding clients spend anywhere from $2000 - $5000 for their engagement session, wedding coverage and display products.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! I often attend courses and workshops to learn more on both the art of photography and the skill of running a successful business so that I can provide the best experience for my clients! I also am looking forward to attending the Wedding Portrait Photography Conference and Expo!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
At age twelve, I began my journey towards professional photography when I was given a 35mm hand-me-down camera. In 2008 I bought my first professional camera and as my passion for photography grew I spent countless hours studying, attending courses and practicing. Early 2011 I opened shop as Leather & Lace Photography and at the start of 2013 I officially rebranded to Lyndsey Garber Photography and I am working everyday to bring my clients photography experience to the next level!
