This was a large project to create a video for our organization, which we called "Pets and Predators.” The purpose of the video was to raise awareness of small pet owners about the need to protect their small dogs and cats from our birds of prey. I can sum up what Jan brought to this project in these 4 C’s: Capable, creative, customer-oriented, and cooperative. Her creative ideas were innovative, and added real interest to the video. She was always cooperative and always willing to help us achieve our vision for this video. It was a pleasure to work with her. Joyce Lewis, Founder East Mountain Pet Alert Tijeras, NM

Jan did a life story video for my Mother so we would have something to share with our families and children. The video was done so nicely and the way she shot it it is as if my Mom is right in the room talking to us. We will treasure it forever.

      Q & A

      • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am choosing to do work on a flat rate basis at this time. Much of my pricing depends on the length, and environmental things surrounding the project. I try to keep it as simple as possible. No one like headaches.
      • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The potential new customer contacts me via phone, or email or through my website requesting a quote. I contact them in return to discuss the project at hand and give them a price for what I provide. This usually entails length, and desired product discussion. At the end, most of the time I will provide them a finished product on a disk so that they can print only images that they want.
      • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
