R.A. Bill Plumbing & Heating helped us with our air conditioning over the summer & did a fantastic job so I called them about some plumbing issues this week & they got me scheduled in the next day. When they showed up my issues multiplied. I hadnt been home long before they showed up & noticed the walk way into my house was wet. The plumber got there & I realized it was more than the entrance of our home soaked. Went out to our garage & saw tons of water not even on the side of the water heater. The plumber found out what was going on, the manager & sales guy took time out of their day to come that evening to talk. To make this shorter they went above & beyond in our opinion. They got us pointed to service masters to start drying the floor, walls, tile, carpet. Scheduled us the next day to see if they could pinpoint where the leak was under our house. Got an estimate done fast & got us scheduled in the very next day once we accepted the estimate. We didnt think this part of the job would be done this fast & we really appreciate it! When they told us they would make it a priority they werent kidding! We have more repairs to move onto now but we can rest easy tonight knowing the leaks fixed, and we have hot water (We have missed our hot water 😭). It didn't even take them a week to do all this!

Randall and his helper did a great job and they let me know what the problem was and options to solve the issues. I was very happy with their focus, the results and making sure they left the area the way they found it.

The fellows were very professional with checking our heating units. The rain didn't stop them from checking the rooftop unit. I will continue to use RA Biel in repairing our heating units. Great job.

Keegan explained what was wrong with my A/C, and what could have caused the capacitor to fail. Prices were fair, and I appreciated the fact that they could fit me into their schedule so quickly after I called.
