Randall with R.A. Biel arrived on time, was very professional and yet friendly. He and his assistant opened our swamp cooler for the season, and did an amazing job on our water heater, which hadn’t been flushed out in a number of years. The sentiment at the bottom was unreal. They really did an outstanding job. We were very happy with the work they did. This is the second time R. A. Biel has been out to our house. Both great experiences. We are on their seasonal plan, and so far it has been worth it, both in value, and the service received.

I’m glad I called R.A.Biel. These guys found the problem fast and were ready to get to work right away when they came out. The two guys who came out were friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable in this department.

This week I started out with a plumbing company that my old handyman recommended. It didn’t work very well with them. My daughter uses R.A. BieI so I tried them. I think/hope I don’t have to have a plumber back until it’s time to put the heat back on. I’m hoping for the best.
