With over 2 decades of professional carpet cleaning experience i have gained a massive amount of knowledge, especially how to keep your home clean fresh and beautiful between professional cleanings. for all our new clients we give your this 140 page book free of charge.The entire staff has been trained and certified by the Institute of Inspection Carpet Restoration and Cleaning. We go further then being highly trained and certified. We use only the industry's best cleaning equipment and detergents. We also use on board water softening system. the end result, we use far less cleaning agents and we leave your carpets as clean and soft as a new carpet would feel. our cleanings are dry to the touch by the time we leave. The Klean Dry staff love meeting great new people, we know when we show up to a new clients house they are going to be very happy with the choice they made.

I have no complaints about Klean Dry. They showed on time. They cleaned my carpets and they were extremely dirty. I honestly had my doubts that the stains would come out but Klean Dry got them all. I was so amazed. I have a pretty decent sized house and they cleaned it in no time. My carpets were dry by the time they packed up to leave. It even smelled good when they left. I would highly recommended them again soon.

I received two quotes for carpet cleaning, this one being half the price of the second quote. I was able to schedule a time of my choosing (and did the scheduling at 2 am!) via web page. Communication was excellent, and mostly electronic (as is my preference). Received a confirmation e-mail with clear link to cancel (though I did not need to) and another e-mail reminder the day before he came out. Received a call that he was on his way, and he answered some last minute questions for me. I had to work so my adult son met him at the apartment, but I still received a notification through his system when he arrived. We had some animal damage to a section of carpet and he contacted me while he was there with a reasonable quote to do the additional repair. The patch looked great and the carpet was clean and beautiful. I received notification that the job was complete while he was packing up his gear. He took payment over the phone and sent receipt electronically to forward to my rental agency. Carpet was not even slightly damp when I got home, and there was no musty humid smell (like I have experienced with other carpet cleanings.) Excellent job!

Best carpet cleaning ever! I recently had my cars seats and carpet cleaned. having young children, my car was very messy. There were stains, pen marks, pet hair, food and so much more. Sean went above and beyond not only were the stains removed and all the grime taken off but my car smelled brand new!!! I well defiantly be using Klean dry for my home and car again!
